Park Place Nursing and Rehab facility is a wonderful organization with lots of hard working dedicated loving and caring employees. My mother had a fall while visiting me, and after a six day stay at a hospital, she was admitted for rehab services at Park Place where she stayed for 18 days . My mother was very apprehensive because she speaks very basic English , her native language is Spanish, but we found several employees who spoke Spanish and made her feel at ease, besides everyone of the employees she interacted with treated her with lots of care and respect. She felt very comfortable and loved by all of the staff. She had Physical Therapy sessions everyday in the mornings and I was able to visit and spend time with her daily , we had lunch together and spent all of our afternoons going around the facility, playing piano at the dining hall, coloring and playing bingo. I was also treated very well by all the staff , everyone made me feel very welcomed. I would like to mention some wonderful employees who went far beyond their duties to help my mother during her stay : Vivian (Therapist), Andrea, Nadia, Michelle Hynds, Marie, Jazmin, and Roselyn (CNA’s, Nurse), Dr B, Laurie, Sonya, and Jasene (Concierge Team) and Rishona (Social Services ). It was an extremely positive experience for my mother and our family, what an extraordinary group of dedicated professionals. Keep up your labor of love !!!

You can count on Lisa with transportation!!! She did a great job! She transported my husband and me today to his doctors appointment. Lisa has a winning personality and the ride was very smooth! She waited patiently for us to finish and got us back safely. Her conversation is so genuine, it made for such an enjoyable ride! Thank you Lisa!!!!
My mother enjoyed her time here with a group of staff that truly made this hard time wonderful!! Great nurses especially Britney & Chavon were a breathe of fresh air, always smiling, very attentive, accommodating , knowledgeable , compassionate & made our family feel secure when we would leave. All concerns or changes were addressed immediately. Marie and Nadia were great CNAs with mom from morning to bedtime. Recreation staff Debrah kept mom active & entertain. Physical therapy help mom even when she wasn’t motivated. And Thank you Faith for a touching departure!! A great rehab for all !! Clean , professional & staff that care.
Park place was a pleasant surprise I have had quite a few experiences with other facilities either from my own or from other people I know. Park place was homey and welcoming! The Staff was friendly and helpful they made me feel like they all truly cared about me as a person. Some of the people that I truly enjoyed were Nadia, Roseline, Andrea, Yessa, Carlene, Shawna, Julia, Marie, Monica, Jennifer the therapist, Suzanne, Karen, Guerlene, Mary, Mona, Lilly, and Faith. They truly made my experience something I will never forget and I will always cherish the time I was here. My deepest apologies to people I possibly omitted that I truly did enjoy not lack of appreciation though failure of my 85 year old memory.
Shout out to Mechelle in wound care for the great care she gave me during these three weeks. I appreciate it so much and I want to give a shout out to jennifer and Monica down in PT. They were awesome. I appreciate everything they did and my time here has been well worth it and I am so much further along than I was when I came here. I can’t thank everybody enough, Bertha. Shout out to Michelle CNA for being great.
