I am a psychologist who works with patients on an inpatient mental health unit. I was able to tour Park Place Assisted Living facility prior to submitting an application to the facility for a patient I had been treating. I was impressed by the pristine grounds and the beautiful decor within the various homes at Park Place. But even more impressive was the caring and personal attention that was given to the residents at Park Place by the Executive Director, who knows each of the residents by name, and by the other employees at the facility.

Our experience at Park Place was wonderful for my mothers Journey. The staff provided a warm welcome environment and went above and beyond to support our family and provide loving care. We would definitely return to the facility if we needed their services again. From the front office to the food service to the care givers, everyone worked hard to make this time in our lives the best it could be. My Mom loves living at Park Place. It makes her happy. She has a group of friends there. If I ever have a problem, the Administration handles it quickly.
Park Place has provided awesome care for both my mom and dad. Dad passed last year after a short stay. It was during Covid Chaos and under the reign of a loony lady. Since then a new director (Ben) has improved the place noticably. The staff are caring and seem to be happy at work. This makes a marked difference in the care that they provide. My mother feels loved and safe. She has told me several times to "keep her here". Im sure she recalls some of the nightmare facilities that her father stayed in years ago. I highly recommend you do your own homework. Then, choose Park Place. You won't regret it !!
This is the best place I could have ever placed my Dad! The office staff is so friendly, professional and genuinely caring! My Dad received 24 hr care and the caregivers there are the best and have been there for a long time. They really put their hearts into taking care of the residents they also keep all the houses so very clean. They treat you like family there and make you feel at home. I highly recommend placing your family member/ loved one here at this facility.
