PROS: Decent apartments. They except one pet. There is a community room with a computer and wifi with a kitchen and weight room. Grounds are clean. CONS: Lots of nosey neighbors, fights can break out at times. The lawn company comes by at the worst times and are not courtesy of the residents. The management has had 3 new site managers in less than a year, extremely disorganized, and many times are rude with resident if they are challenged at all. One last thing, if you have gotten this far, if you or your loved one dies while living at the property, they WILL receive their security deposit back. But no one can cash it because they won't make it out to anyone but the resident on the lease. So the company is going to keep it. This is happening with every resident that has died at their properties from the beginning. This was confirmed by the current (03/2025) site manager. I was told that "It's their policy". So, family members: DONT CLEAN, DONT REPAIR. JUST GET YOUR LOVED ONES BELONGINGS OUT AND LEAVE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY!!! YOU WILL NEVER SEE A DIME OF MOM OR DADS MONEY. THE MANAGMENT COMPANY POCKETED IT!!!

Apt is a good size. I like the fact that it's got rails for holding onto so you don't fall, large shower and washer and dryer in unit. When maintenance is needed they take care of it as quickly as possible. Friendly neighbors and a lot of things to do. All in all it's a good place to live.
Really like my apartment here MOST of my neighbors are friendly,Maintenance is always on top of things-Jaqueline does a great job.But the manager/management needs A LOT of improvement.
THE ATMOSPHERE IS GREAT THE MANAGER IS AWESOME I WOULD RECOMMEND PARK MEADOWS TO EVERYONE
