This in My opinion Is Totally Unacceptable Especially When Absolutely No one Could Smell the Outside Smoke Except for the Trees in the Creek. Instead I've Purchased a New Home Across the street 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms Oversize 2 Car Garage. Nobody Telling me what to do on the Outside of my Castle. I'm in Control Now. Otherwise it's a Clean Place To Live As long as you Follow the Unnecessary Rules and Regulations. Strick.

Have lived here since 2007 and through many owners but Dominium is by far the best. With improvements to complex and very friendly staff. Highly recommend this place always!
For the past two years, the owners have been renovating the apartments. This may sound like a good thing, but it means ongoing construction in the apartment while we are living in it. For example they decided to level the kitchen counter and replace the surface. They demanded that we completely pack up everything (EVERYTHING) in the kitchen to get out of the way for this work. It took about two weeks. At their convenience. There have been dozens of projects like this, with no consideration for our privacy or need for quiet. There is no compensation for loss of use of our space. We are threatened with fines if we don’t make space for the contractors. And at least 10-15 times my door has been left unlocked. And we are told to secure our pet, but given a two week window in which a project might take place. We have not been told when all this will be completed. Be informed.
From filling out the paperwork with Karen prior to my move to interactions with other staff, the entire experience has been very cordial. Since I moved in (late October) I've met more neighbors than I did my entire tenure at my previous location (17 years). I especially like the single level arrangement of the apartments (no upstairs rumblings, lol) and I'm enjoying the peace and quiet that affords. All in all I am very happy to be here and so glad I made the move to Park Manor.
I can't rate it any lower . We lived there for 7 years through many managers . The first manager Chris was great but after him the others just kept going downhill . When we had to move we were denied our deposit back even after the maintenance manager said that we were to get it with no problems . The office manager claimed that there was smut from candles on the walls that had not been painted for over 10 years note we lived there only the last of the ten years . Our car was damaged by their yard crew . The manager assistant took pictures of the damage and claimed that she would send it to senior management for a determination of payment yet we never heard anything back. I used to help management during events by cooking meals for breakfast and dinners on a voluntary basis yet in return I got lied to and cheated . I do not recommend for anyone to lease there because no matter how nice they seem the will just screw you over in the end .
