I am glad I made the right choice in placing my loved one here in this facility. The staff was helpful from beginning to end, starting with the tour ending with discharge. There is an open door atmosphere where I can go to any of the managers and they helped me and my family with anything we needed and addressed our concerns. Within the first week we had a meeting with the therapy and nursing staff to discuss the goal for my family member and that allowed us to encourage her while she was doing therapy. I’m glad we made the choice of placing her at Park Manor Humble and would do it again.

This is a great facility. I felt comfortable voicing my concerns and giving praise to the staff and the management team. Everyone was approachable, professional, and genuinely attentive to both residents and visitors. It’s clear they care about maintaining a positive environment.
The therapy department is fantastic! The dedicated team worked diligently to help my aunt on her rehab journey. The personalized approach made a noticeable difference in my aunts recovery. Also Ashlie was amazing too! She answered so many questions and really prepared us for to expect.
I was hesitant at first with putting my loved one in a nursing home. But meeting the team there and really calmed me and my families fears. At the hospital someone came to meet us and answer all our questions. Once we got to the building the first couple of days was hectic with therapy but it was expected. We stayed on the therapy hall and got a private room. The CNA’s loved my grandfather so much. The wound care nurse is a miracle worker with healing hands. The management team was very involved even helping with setting up doctors appointments when he got home. I was pleased with my experience.
Park Manor is an excellent facility with a caring and friendly staff. When I heard that I was going to go to a "Rehabilitation Facility" after my hospitalization I will admit that I was quite apprehensive given the stories I had heard about them. However, if the industry used Park Manor as its standard there would be far fewer 'horror stories' floating around. The faculty itself is clean, well kept and well lit. The rooms are set up for duel occupancy, but I had my own room while I was there. With only a single exception, every staff member was friendly, helpful and extremely competent, from the social worker to the nurses to the therapists to the rest of the support staff. The menu for the meals they serve is diverse and some personal customisation is allowed so don't be afraid to ask. Oddly enough, they are particularly good at making fish so take advantage of that if you can. The physical and occupational therapists make moving a part of daily life. They gather residents in the gym area, even those of extremely limited mobility several times per week for group exercises, which for some is also additional social interaction. One downside of this facility is that it can sometimes take a while for a helper to come when you press the call button. This could be for any number of reasons, but can be quite frustrating when you need help getting to the bathroom. If you or a loved one needs this type of facility, you could do much worse than Park Manor. I've told my family that if I need to go to a home in my twilight years, I would like to go back there.
