I would use this facility again. While the facility and food are excellent, and the care was very good, especially hospice care, some of the administrative staff is impudent. Hospice staff and hospice care was beyond excellent, but the regular staff could use some improvements. In their defense, I think they are understaffed. There are a few CNAs and nurse standouts as excellent, but night staff was very lazy. The dining room and kitchen staff were Excellent and very attuned to residents food likes and dislikes, and very accommodating. The food was very good and plentiful. However, some management is NOT so great. Kevin was a nice guy, but when we needed him in our corner, it was clear he was not. He doesn't return phone calls and doesn't follow through on conversations. My dad was there 17 days only, when he passed away. Kevin said up front that some of the maintenance fee could possibly be refunded if he doesn't live there long. We found it difficult to get help from Kevin in obtaining a partial refund. Kevin blamed corporate, and corporate blamed Kevin. It took me many calls and emails to Paramount corporate offices, but they eventually did the right thing. Thank you Paramount corporate for that. Thank you Paramount South Hills staff for caring for my dad in his final days.

Best senior living spot EVAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! This place is a sanctuary. The new nurse is a slay and she’s so on the ball it’s unbelievable. What a love-bug. Can’t say enough about the new nurse and the facility as a whole but mainly that nurse. Thank you!
I give Paramount Personal Care Home in Baldwin 5 Stars!! Mom loved her stay. The staff members were fantastic! They took such great care of my mom. From the time she arrived, till she left, she was treated like a queen. The food was very very good. I ate many meals with her and I was very impressed with every aspect of this facility. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for senior living, skilled nursing or for a loved one with Dementia/Alzheimer’s.

My grandmother lived here for about six months. She received excellent care while she was here. Before she moved here, my mother and I read countless reviews on other places and visited several. Unfortunately, the majority of places we visited were not at all nice. Paramount was a totally different experience. Everything about Paramount was top notch. The staff, care, food and general upkeep and appearance were always perfect. My grandmother was here when the COVID pandemic started and I was very impressed on the measures Paramount took. The medical care she received was great and the staff went out of their way to make her comfortable and feel at home. I highly recommend this location.
