Nice place, nurses are great. Administrators are another story. Saw right through the fake smiles. Do not take any nice clothes there, they will lose them and they do not care. One thing you can trust them with is your bill. They will never lose that.

Our mother received excellent care at this facility. We found Paramount clean and the staff and residents pleasant and friendly. Jennifer at the front desk was a rag of sunshine when she greeted us. Overall an excellent experience for mom's short stay before she passed. Highly recommend.
Both of my grandmothers have received excellent care at this facility. They have easily transitioned with the help of the staff to new accommodations as their level of need and assistance increased. My family and I are grateful for all of the patient, kind, and compassionate care all of the staff have provided. Staff are very professional and respectful when interacting with the residents and the lines of communication with family are open and proactive.
My grandmother Frances Rotz went to live at Paramount at the end of June 2019. I could never have asked for or given my grandmother any better care. The staff are the most compassionate people I've had the pleasure of knowing. They took great care of my grandma until she took her last breath on Aug 16th 2019. I highly recommend Paramount Senior Living to anyone looking for guidance in making their loved ones last days the best possible
My mother was a resident here. She moved there when it was Laurel Run and we had a few problems but under their ownership those issues were taken care of. If something went missing they did their best to get to the bottom of it or if there was anything else they at least talked to you about it and not at you. ( Two totally different ways of communicating). After Paramount took over there were constant issues with my mother's meds. 1st there were constant issues with the med machine then it was not their responsibility to take care of her meds since she was in independent living so I had to take care of her meds. When I took over no one could find them so I was constantly calling the pharmacy about it. Things were constantly going missing from her room and when I reported it I was told that there was nothing they could do about it because once again she was in independent living. I was constantly being told that my mother would be evicted when I would report any issue. Well that is exactly what happened. In March 2021a check was taken from her room, I reported that I was told I would receive the stop payment fee and have yet to receive it. While on vacation in FL in April 2021 my mother called to tell me that her blanket that I made her for Christmas was taken. I made a report to them and their corporate office, well on April 27th I received an eviction notification and I had to have my mother out in 30 days. Was told by corporate office I would receive a refund for the days that were already paid for and I have yet to receive that. I don't have enough of space her to tell you everything else that has happened there because this is just a tip of the iceberg. I do not recommend this nursing home to anyone!
