I was very pleased with my visit to Paramount House. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. The community itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a vibrant atmosphere. I was particularly impressed with the residents engaging in various activities. I would highly recommend Paramount House to anyone seeking a high-quality assisted living experience.
Not only does Paramount House have a great location, it has an amazing staff of people that really show care for the residents. Every time I step into the building, I see different staff from all departments assisting people with their lunch, playing some sort of activity, speaking to families. or even just being a good companion. I can see how hard Soni, Liz, Bneeisha and everyone at Paramount House work to cater to all the residents’ needs AND make sure this place feels like home.
Our Mom was a resident at Paramount House Senior Living, in Vacaville, California, in the memory care unit for 9 years. She recently passed away at 100 years old. We cannot say enough about the amazing care and the love she received there from caregivers, to administrators, to the cleaning staff. They treated her like family. During Covid they WERE her family. They felt like our family as well. We cannot imagine any facility taking better care of a loved one than Paramount House. Every minute our Mom was there, she was receiving in the best possible care and love. Our family cannot thank these angels enough.
I was very impressed with this facility. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The facility was very clean and well maintained. All the residents were happy and well engaged. I would have the upmost confidence in placing my loved one’s in their care.
