I can only recommend the Paracelsus Clinic in Schöneck to everyone. I was here 1.5 years ago because of a heel bone fracture. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful and very important! Absolutely competent. At no time did I have the feeling that I was not being treated correctly. Now I was back in the clinic to have the metal in my foot removed and my impression from the first “visit” was simply confirmed. I would especially like to thank the staff at Station 1, as they have once again done an absolutely fantastic job. Respect for that too, because you're definitely difficult at times. But I felt like I was in good hands again and everyone was really friendly and helpful. There is no need to talk about the technical competence. It is simply perfect. If it were a hotel I would say that I would like to come back at any time. Thanks so much.

This review goes to a nurse in the emergency room. I broke my foot on 3/7/25. Sister Andrea (that's her name) looked after me very warmly and cheered me up. Very loving and authentic. Thank you for the great support!!!
A huge thank you to the fantastic clinic staff for their quick help and tremendous understanding. I felt very well looked after. I especially liked the friendly atmosphere. Stay the way you are, thank you. Best wishes from Leipzig, from a patient who came to you as an emergency from the Bad Elster rehabilitation center.
Nurses/caregivers do their best! But due to the entire development of the hospital landscape and the healthcare system, many people's hands are tied! Doctors often experience one or two language barriers and unfortunately patients suffer from this!
Without words 😶 After a circular saw injury, I lost a finger phalanx, which was amputated in such an amateurish way that I had to have another operation in December. The poorly amputated limb was re-amputated. However, this was then done at the Jena University Hospital by a professionally competent accident surgeon. In Jena, an X-ray revealed that a bone spur remained, which caused severe problems with overall healing. This was not seen once in the follow-up care in Schöneck. I found it just as bad to be left completely alone with the condition after the amputation. I was told that I should teach myself everything. Ergo and physio you don't need it. If it had been cared for correctly right away, I would have been saved a lot of pain and, above all, one less finger! I have attached pictures of what the finger looked like.
