Absolutely horrible place. Patients have bed soars unattended, lack of clean towels/wash/clothes, sexual harassment spanking wet patients in the bathroom, vulgar language, screaming at patients, ignoring call lights, the lost goes on and on, not to mention, staff throwing used gloves on patient floors and the patient slipping and falling on it.

I had a family member who recently had to use Palm Gardens for care because we were unable. Their staff and management were so kind and my family member felt like they were at home the entire time. I am so grateful for the nursing staff and the management at Palm Gardens I would highly recommend, especially Erica Myrick, she made the transition in and out so smooth and seamless.
I truly enjoy coming to work everyday at Palm Gardens. When I transferred here from another facility everybody made me feel welcome! It’s a big family filled with kind & living people,
My past two years working here have been great! Palm Gardens is somewhere I would trust my own family to go. They treat you like family and go out of their way to help you.
My mom was at this facility. The staff was very nice. It smelled good. She left feeling much better and doing much more than when she got there.
