Hands down the best orientation process I've ever been on. The staff was very warm, friendly, and welcoming. Hillary, Gail, Anna, Kathy were the most noticeable staff, including the Chaplin and kitchen staff that served outstanding hamburgers for lunch. Every staff member in the halls were friendly, and so were the patients. Looking forward to start patient care at Palm Garden, Vero Beach.🌴 Thank you for the gift bag also.

My mother is at Palm Garden in Vero Beach right now. They have been wonderful to her. She was dreading having to go to Rehab when she was released from the hospital but everyone at Palm Garden has made this a wonderful experience for her. It’s clean, smells good and the staff are very attentive. We would definitely use Palm Garden again if we need a Rehab in the future.
I was visiting a good friend at Palm Gardens Rehab. She seemed a lot better. The front door staff were very nice and helpful. I thought the facility was well kept,clean and the two people I met were very nice. One was a physical therapist and the other a lovely girl picking up her food tray. Looking forward to my friend returning home asap. 😊
My husband received excellent care at Palm Gardens. The facility is clean. The food is outstanding for a healthcare service. The therapy department at rehab is just fantastic. They’re very sensitive and compassionate and set reasonable goals with encouragement to the client. The nurses and the nurse aides show concern and caring Thank you, Palm Garden for the recovery my husband has made. Advocating for your family member is critical for satisfactory care.
Among the numerous rehab/nursing homes I have visited throughout the years, Palm Gardens of Vero has proven to my family to be the most caring and personable option in our area. The overall experience based on months of daily visits, has given my family the peace and assurance that my mother is receiving the quality care and attentiveness she needs. Thank you PG!
