We had the best experience at Palm Beach Memory Care for my mom. The facility is absolutely beautiful, it feels like a 5 star resort. Cindy made the admissions and transfer so easy and really made us feel special and welcome! The staff is so compassionate, kind and patient. The activities by Rafael and Gina are superior to any other memory care around. Would recommend to anyone needing memory care!
I have had the pleasure of seeing my patients at Palm Beach Memory Care since opening day. My patients receive caring, compassionate, and competent care by their dedicated, loving staff. My patients are truly thriving and maintaining their wellness. As a nurse practitioner, I feel it is imperative to assure wellness is preserved and patients are living the best quality of life possible. It’s an honor and privilege to work with the Palm Beach Memory Care staff on a daily basis. Keep up your excellent care !
I would give 0 stars if an option. The facility name gives false advertising. Caution!!! Palm Beach Memory Care represents nothing more than investors profiting from and bleeding the elderly’s pockets for basic care needs. If you want to drop your loved one off and never check in. They will make it look great! I experienced my grandmother staying at this facility for a month, her first ever after living alone for 90 years. We TRUSTED them. After being a resident and under their care, Multiple visits to the ER with UTIs, family visits noticing filth on her face after having Covid, dirty clothes with food, not putting her to bed and leaving her in the general room at night to sleep in her wheelchair. Over medicating. She also had a slip and the staff, Mona said “look what you did now, I have to call the ambulance ’”. It’s abuse!! These stand alone facilities need more state regulations! We had Cameras In our loved one’s room , but still had to visit on off nights to see what was really happening. The care received while our grandmother was a resident was disgusting. I wrote a review previously, as one of the first residents about our experience and the ED and contracted medical PA threatened me to take it down or they would take legal action. My statement and experience is all fact! The owners and contracted PA should have their loved ones spend a month at this facility undercover and see what it’s like. Get a real perspective.
