I am so thankful to God for leading us to Palagio! I have never seen my mother as happy and settled as she is now. She constantly tells me how helpful and friendly the staff is, and she’s always bragging about the wonderful activities they offer. Elaine and Ashley have been an incredible blessing to both my mom and me. Ashley made an outstanding first impression during our initial visit, and that warmth and care has continued. She’s always friendly, receptive, and very involved, making us feel welcome and supported. Elaine has truly been my rock throughout this transition. She has been in perfect sync with my concerns, desires, and requests, and has played a huge role in helping my mom adjust comfortably. Elaine consistently keeps me informed about everything, big and small, regarding my mom’s daily activities, mood, and overall engagement. Thanks to the amazing team at Palagio, I can now enjoy my life again as a daughter, knowing my mom is safe, well cared for, and loved 24/7.

Our family feels so fortunate to have our Dad living in Palagio. Elaine and Ashley have been super supportive during both the move-in and transition period. The entire staff from front desk to dining have amazing dispositions. The medical team is wonderful and the facility is immaculate and decorated so beautiful for every holiday season. Thank you to entire Palagio staff!
My friend Beverly decided it was time to move from independent living to assisted living back in March and asked me to find her a place. I was nervous and didn't want to let her down so I did my due diligence. After touring several facilities I chose Palagio. They've made every effort to make the transition smooth. Overall, Palagio is a nice facility that is well maintained with all common areas kept clean. The staff is attentive, friendly and caring with some even taking an interest in the residents to learn they're likes and dislikes forming personal connections.
My wife has been a patient at Palagio since 1.26 24. In my experience they have done a great job keeping her occupied with various activities and letting walk- all she wants. She has the run of the bottom floor (memory care section) and she goes outside to a secure yard area which she really enjoys. She adapted to living here much quicker than I thought she would. She considers this her home now The staff has been wonderful to me
Very warm and compassionate place for my family. Every one cares about all those residents that live there. Also, family members that visit are treated like family. This is the best place for senior people to live and be loved.
