As you can see all of the 5 star reviews are carbon copies of each other. All by employees. It must be a requirement for employment. I was there for three months and when I say that they droppped the ball on EVERY aspect of care, EVERY aspect. They had terrible food. Of the 6 or 7 times I ate their food, I got food poisoning 3 times. Getting them to give you a clean safe living area is impossible. I asked for a lock for my belongings because my stuff was stolen 3 times, which they said they would reimburse me for and never happened, and after 3 months I still didn’t get a lock. There are a few good nurses. But most of them do the bare minimum and are very rude and nasty to the residents. My roommate who was incontinent was left in his mess for 3 hours after his aide was told about it and she just sat in the dayroom. And finally to top everything off, I had a sick nurse changing my IV. Before she did it I asked the charge nurse to have someone else do it and she told me she would do it herself. Later the sick nurse showed up and started changing it. She was coughing and teetering and dropped the iv line on the floor. Then without scrubbing it with alcohol she went to hook it up. 4 days later I ended up septic my heart rate was 200 beats per minute and back in the hospital for two weeks. The place is so bad. I was scared for my life.

I recently stayed at the Palace Care Center and was amazed by the friendly and attentive staff. The food was fantastic and my room was comfortable. I was impressed that they had designated areas for smokers and even provided complimentary cigarettes for those who needed them. Tamika and Julie, the admissions lady and social worker, were extremely helpful and kind. Rachel, the marketer, was also a pleasure to work with. Overall, I highly recommend the Palace Care Center for anyone in need of a rehab facility. They made my experience truly great.
This place is a complete dump!! Do not send your loved ones there they are always short staffed the employees bring drugs in for the residents. The administrator Nathan fisher knows all about it and does absolutely nothing. The basement is filled with black mold the kitchen has no air conditioner flies and roaches. This place should be shut down immediately. All the five star reviews are FAKE !! This is not a nursing home it’s a prison.
When I arrived at Palace Care Center, I was pleasantly impressed by the happy staff, the spotless facilities, and the absence of any unpleasant odors. My past experiences with nursing homes were nothing compared to how friendly and welcoming they were. Anyone in need of therapy is highly encouraged to get in touch with them.
BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD. Don't send no body here. It's like you time travel to the 90's ghetto home. This is for people being abandon. Don't let them suffer in here. stay away.
