My partner is staying at Pacific Palms for the second time in less than a year. The director and staff at the facility are amazing. They bend over backwards to make sure that the patients get what they need. Being in a healthcare facility is stressful, but as a family member, I am greeted very warmly by all of the staff. My partner doesn’t always feel that way, but that is because he would rather be at home. However, the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to try to meet his needs and demands.🫶🫶🫶

My mom is a Kaiser patient and ended up at this fantastic facility in Long Beach in the month of March 2025. We were hoping to get her into a facility in the city of Downey, closer to where our mother lives in Pico Rivera. Or at Whittier rehab rehabilitation, which she had stayed at back in 2018 after another surgery. My wife and I live in Long Beach and saw the location of this rehab rehabilitation facility and figured it would be a little nicer based on the geography alone. What we encountered over the next 21 days was a fantastic experience of healthcare professionals, attentive, managers, and supervisors, and a fantastic rehabilitation team. Specifically, our mother was there to develop the strength in her legs after an acute bout of severe leg cramps. Randy, Patrick, Janelly, and the director of nursing, that head, nurse, and the patient case manager were fabulous. I never saw patient neglect. I saw the patients brought out for social time. Time to sit and enjoy the sun. A full staff of nurses attending to the many patients as best they could, and having the Kaiser team on site was also very valuable. And I’d like to acknowledge the Kaiser team here. Deion, Dr. Vo, and Kaylene did a very nice job of helping us navigate what had been approved for my mom, what was the best plan of care, and approving the charges to make sure her care was taken care of. If you are looking for a adult, skilled nursing facility, rehab, rehabilitation facility, or long-term senior care, I would absolutely invite you to consider Pacific Palms nursing home as a front runner to take care of your family member.
Pacific Palms, Has the nicest caring and loving Employees. I’ve seen them hold Patients close and smile and let them know everything is going to be fine. I want to say thank you for taking care of my lovely wife of 47 years. Thank you
My wife is a patient at Pacific Palms Healthcare and I observed that the staffs are nice and they take care of my wife excellent. The Director of Nursing here and the rest of management staff very nice. I would like to recognize Yessica, Maria, Maeshia and Cameron LVN and Andres LVN. Rehab Department kudos to them. 5/5 I salute CM Nellie.
I like to rate a place when things happen rather than when things are going well. Pacific Palms has responded to our request of our mom’s healthcare in a quick and satisfactory manner. Ruth has returned my calls and made corrections upon our request.
