Mum has been a resident at Parkwood Gardens for 9 months. Initially she did not want to leave her home but due to her health issues needed to enter an aged care facility. Parkwood Gardens was our first choice and we have not been disappointed. Mum is treated with compassion and respect. Her medical care is exceptional with the nursing staff keeping us well informed at all times. The best part is knowing Mum loves her "new" home and always tells us how lovely and friendly the staff are, and how well she is treated. We are so grateful to see her settled and happy in Parkwood Gardens.

I was so stressed having to find my Mum respite but Libby made the entire process a breeze. She was so kind and empathetic and the home is just beautiful. All the staff are wonderful too. I have great peace of mind knowing that my Mum is being well looked after. Thanks team!
Today I received a call from Nicole. Oh my goodness. What a difference. She was extremely helpful and full of fantastic information. Thankyou so so much for easing my stress at beginning this daunting process. My first facility I call for my father and I go to a call center. The lady on the other end couldn't to two hoots about helping me. She just kept saying it's not a hotel. This process is very stressful and I feel your call center people need to be much more compassionate.
I've been happy with my mum's care at Parkwood Gardens. Most of the staff are regulars and are very supportive and caring. Any time I have had an issue, large or small, the response from nursing or management staff has been positive, issues are followed up and feedback is always provided. In comparison to a previous experience in another centre, this facility is first class.
If i could give 0 i would. Sadly my uncle passed away in this facility in February 2023. For the over 6 months, myself, my mother and lawyers have been trying to get one signed declaration from either of the nurses on duty that he passed away at the facility which is needed to settle his estate. For an organisation that espouses the values below, we're not seeing any of these in action. INTEGRITY – The courage to do what is right for our clients, colleagues and our organisation.
