Regret placing my mother here. Was supposed to be highly rated. I blamed her painful death on them. The housekeeping staff were the ones who were helpful. Now the administrative staff moved to another local facility with half the staff with them. Karma
Thanks to the devoted team at this facility for the help they gave me. After the major accident I was feeling like I needed a lot of help and support, when I got to Ozark Rehab they came across very professional and knowledgeable and caring.
If i could give this place a zero rating i would. This no place i would ever take a love one.
Staff there is excellent they truly care!
