Oxford Vista has received a breath of fresh air the past few weeks!! My family and I know without a doubt we have chosen the best place to take care of my Aunt. Oxford Vista staff is invaluable for her health and well-being. Each day I see more and more smiles, happily going the extra mile for each of the residents and their family members too. Moving my dad into Oxford Vista has been a great experience. The staff has been warm, welcoming and wonderful to work with throughout the move. I have never gone through something like this before so I had no idea what to expect, but the staff worked with us and made the transition go so smoothly. I highly recommend this facility.
With any Assisted Living situation there are challenges. Oxford Vista has done a good job with dealing with our challenges. The nursing staff does a good job. The meals are very good. The studio apartments are small, but suit the purpose of assisted living. The management is very responsive and caring. The doctor on sight is fantastic and caring. Overall, all the staff is caring. For the price of assisted living, Oxford Vista is a great choice.
We met with Jamie several times. Mom was hesitant to move at her age of 92. But Jamie helped Mom overcome her fears and reservations with her exuberant personality. The facility is beautiful. I met two wonderful ladies and they only had good things to say about Oxford Vista. I also met the administrator and front desk support staff. They were all so kind and helpful. I look forward to Mom's new experiences there.
We met with Jamie yesterday as we were seeking an assissted living placement for my father. We had two other communities to tour afterwards. Jamie made all of us so comfortable that we cancelled the other two tours and signed that evening. The building is warm and interesting and not "clinical" feeling at all. Every staff member we interacted with was great. Sometimes you have to go with your gut, and Jamie just made it feel right.
