My mom was at Oxford for about 3-4 weeks. Everyone was very nice. The best part was that they were very flexible with me about visiting hours since my schedule is so crazy. So that was extremely helpful. The food wasn’t the greatest but I was able to bring my mom food whenever she needed. I would like to thank all the nurses and employees that helped take care of my mom while she was there. I can’t thank you enough. I would highly recommend Oxford to anyone that would need their services.

As a professional coming in to see clients, I was very pleased with the staff from the front desk to social services and the nursing staff who answered my questions. I saw several clients during a recent visit and ALL OF THEM said nothing but positive things. They each wanted me to know that they felt cared for, enjoyed the food, and felt that their rehabilitation needs were being met. I do not often hear such great things from people in rehab and this stood out. I had the opportunity to speak with a social service team member and two nursing staff members and each were knowledgeable about their patients and very professional in interactions with me. Thank you for taking care of our community members!
I'm writing this review based on my mother that is currently in the rehabilitation center. My mother fractured her left shoulder and left hip. The fact she is 75 years old and also is a lung cancer patient as well, on immunotherapy. She lost a lot of weight/ muscle at home. I'm happy that oxford staff is very professional and caring to help build and heal my mother. And if there was any discomfort or problem, they fixed it, or helped her resolve it. The facility is very clean, and my mother said the food was pretty good. The staff is very polite and respectful. The admissions concierge Tamika James is very sweet, kind and helped my mom feel very comfortable. She's the best! Of course it's never easy being hurt and in pain, and not being home. I want to thank all the staff that is helping my mother through this difficult time! THANK YOU!!!
It is never easy having a loved one come to a nursing home, BUT that change is made so much easier when there is an amazing nursing and therapy team that CARE and know everything about my loved one. Whenever I had a question about what was going on with my loved one, I was able to get the answers I needed and feel at ease. I felt like part of the family as soon as I walked in. I would highly recommend this facility to others
DO NOT use this facility Lazy, uncaring staff. My friend waited 5 hours to get a pain pill. The nurse shashed in to the room ,no mask and had her index finger in the cup. Not clean. Call bell doesn't work which should be illegal I am reporting this place to the state
