I looked at dozens of facilities and Oxford Glen of Carrolton was by far the best choice. Now my mother has been there almost a year. The staff are friendly and caring. They stay on top of any of my mothers medical needs or any of my specific requests. The daily activities are engaging for the residents and the staff are supportive and interactive. This place is top notch. Best Memory Care in Carrollton. We moved my father here from another memory care and are glad we did. The care he gets now is so much better. We consider his caregivers (like Paris, Rosie and Robert) an extension of the family. Likewise, Toni, Shai, Andraya and Dee are all high quality people and extremely professional.
This is such a lovely community that really cares about their residents. The Grand Baby Project has Babies there and will be putting more in soon. Their staff is amazing, and I can say if my family was in need of care, this is the first place I would look.
I am writing this review from the perspecitve of having had both parents in OG from 2016 until my mum's recent death in November. I live overseas, so getting good and kind care for my folks was hugely important. OG has provided this for me and helped to make an incredibly hard thing that bit eaiser. A large part of this is down to a very kind and consistent group of staff who over nearly 10 years loved and cared for my parents. Christina, Keshia, Peres, Martha and so many others, thank you for that. You are good people. The other thing that has made the facility even stronger is the leadership of Shai who has helped to build the team and make things run well. I would highly recommend them!!
The team at Oxford Glen Memory Care; Shai, Andraya, Toni, Dee, and Cynthia are truly exceptional. Their compassion and dedication create a safe, caring, and respectful environment for every resident. Each staff member goes above and beyond to make everyone feel valued, meeting each individual’s unique needs. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. We’re incredibly grateful for the outstanding care provided by Toni, Andraya, Dee, Cynthia, Shai, and the entire team!
