My mother lived here for two years before moving to another state. It is a great place for seniors! It is very well managed, clean, maintenance issues are resolved quickly, and there are many fun activities. Lauren who was an assistant manager at the time is wonderful and very helpful. And Debbie in the leasing office is great too. Just an all around great place to live for seniors!

The apartment is nice, but overpriced. There are many add on fees. There is no direct door from my apartment to the outside. Ongoing activities mentioned in the brochure are not always available. The area is noisy with heavy traffic and ambulance and police sirens regularly. Building is taking place and the noise is constant. You live in the middle of a parking lot. No nature, no birds. Sad
Could not be happier to have my mom somewhere as warm and welcoming and top notch as the Overture Chapel Hill. No detail is overlooked by the staff, and they really go above and beyond for their residents whenever they are needed. If your 55+ family members aren't at the Overture then they simply aren't living right. Thank you all!
Well managed, resident-centric place. Management and maintenance both resposive to resident needs, and do their utmost to make it feel like a community instead of a bunch of apartments. This building, and others like it, are typical developer cheapies - cheap fixtures, cheap appliances, poor lighting design and slapdash planning: bathroom doors crash into shower doors, heads bang into hanging closests and storage space too high for anyone but LeBron James to use. On the whole, a good place to park yourself for a while until you find something nicer, or need to move on to the next level of care.
We have been here just over 3 months. We love it. People are very friendly and social. Our common areas are well used, unlike some places we have seen. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful with setting up our many social events.
