The staff has been so nice! Very accommodating making sure needs are met. Christina is always ready to answer any questions and to pass on questions and requests that we have for our doctors. She is very patient and gives you her full attention. Most of the aids and nurses are very kind and helpful. We really appreciate Adrienne, Daisy, Sheila, Sandra, Manita, T, Tiffany, Lovella, Lorenzo, Ram, John, Wendy, Elizabeth, Liz, and Dante to name a few.

The Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful in signing me in and locating the patient. On my way to and from G9, everyone and everything was pleasant. The environment was clean, the patient I visited was in a clean room, bed well made and she was very comfortable. I was impressed
I was truly incapacitated due to an injury. I knew I would be at the rehab facility for a while. The care I received was amazing from the nursing staff, the aids, the doctors and the physical therapists. No stone was left unturned in aiding to my recovery. The most endearing quality was the positive attitude of all four sections.
The thing that stood out the most was how super nice the staff were! Could use a bit more cleaning in the rooms, but otherwise very inviting 😊
I always find the patients well cared for and the staff is friendly and answer your questions with a smile and the proper concern. I had called in the morning to make certain the patient was still there. We were not told he was isolated in a COVID room. His test that morning had been negative but one of us was scheduled for surgery in three days and she could not expose herself so I felt that could have been handled better. Otherwise I was pleased as a whole.
