We have been there multiple times this year. Started out with therapy being very helpful and allowed my dad to gain strength back. Very good experience! Unfortunately, had to return a second time due to dad’s health. Things that time were okay. Returned a third time due my dad falling and having a brain bleed. Therapy, food and compassion was NOT a priority and was very challenging ! Meals became less attractive and not up to expectations for those who needed protein instead of fat and carbohydrates. Therapy care lacked effort for making him stronger ; therefore he isn’t advanced as much and was notified in 48 hours that they couldn’t keep him any longer and family had to make some very quick and uncertain decisions. Would like to thank Amy and Joe for keeping an extra eye on dad and their efforts and compassion.

My grandmother was in Otterbein and we loved it. The nurse Heather Price was awesome. She was very nice and worked with her the whole time she was there.
I was at Otterbein Springboro in December for 6 days. Everyone was wonderful. The caregivers were so kind and helpful with tips on how to walk with my walker with only the use of one leg. The nurses were always there with meds and responded quickly if needed in between. Physical and Occupational therapists were so good. They really made sure to help me make my goal of being home before Christmas. And even worked with my husband on how to help me at home. The food was cooked on site in the house by caregivers and was always good and plentiful. I continued with home care thru otterbein as well and the therapists and nurse have been awesome. Glad I chose this facility for sure!
My grandmother was a patient at Otterbein-Springboro and she received excellent care there. The staff treated her with respect and dignity and cared for her like she was a member of their family. They truly enhanced my grandmother's quality of life and went above and beyond.
The Otterbein facilities are totally outstanding! I'm an R.N., so my expectations will be higher than the average person. But Otterbein definitely goes above and beyond in care giving. I highly recommend their facilities!
