My aunt is staying at this nursing facility, and after visiting, I feel so confident and at ease knowing she’s in such a wonderful place. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The whole facility is clean and inviting, with a warm, homey atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. When you walk in, you're greeted by an open kitchen area with island seating—perfect for socializing or enjoying a cup of coffee. There's a large table for family-style meals, along with smaller tables where residents can enjoy puzzles, play cards, or get creative with crafts. Cozy chairs and a comfy couch make the common area a great spot for conversation, and there’s even an exercise bike for those who want to stay active. Individual rooms surround the shared space, giving residents a nice blend of privacy and community. They also host seasonal events—like a visit from the Easter Bunny—which add a fun, festive touch throughout the year. Honestly, it’s the kind of place where you don’t have to worry about your loved ones. They’re well cared for, engaged, and part of a lively, loving environment.

Going to this place is a no brainer to me. They have excellent staff, they always respond in a timely manner. Everyone is kind and caring and made me feel at home. I was not looking forward to rehab because of my pain, but they made it fun and now I look forward to it everyday. They accommodated my nightmares and helped me get comfortable at night, which made my stay even better. Also, the staff would save food for me if I really liked it, and they personalized my experience. Thank you Otterbein!
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every meal has been great. It was nice decorating the Christmas tree at their holiday party. Therapy also allows you to participate with others which is nice. You get to cheer each other on and socialize. If you need anything, it will be provided to you if possible. I encourage people to come here!
First I want to thank the staff at house 5 in perrysburg for taking such good care of Michael, All of the staff there are so kind and caring, made me feel better about leaving him there for Therapy. The small houses are very comfortable, almost like being at home.The Therapy Michael has received has been excellent! Thank you again Kathleen Vondrak
My mother and mother in law both received excellent care. Staff was kind, caring, and compassionate. Otterbein Perrysburg is our first choice for care.
