I get the pleasure of visiting Orem Rehab on a weekly basis. The facility is always clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. The management team care deeply about the residents and are always striving to provide the best care. I’d recommend my family to go to Orem Rehab.

My 85 year old father came into the facility needing therapy and care following a Nacardiac surgery. My parents were scared about the transition from the hospital and nervous about how quickly he would rebound from this life saving surgery. It was all nerve wracking after being so healthy and not needing any help his entire life. In short, our stay was great. Staff were very accommodating and communicative. Therapy was awesome - Dad specifically mentioned Nathan Hall as a therapist that made a profound impact in his progress. They pushed him to get stronger as much as he could but taking care not to push to far. Annie the Director of nursing, Mark the director of therapy, and Dustin the administrator were so helpful in getting us in from the hospital quickly and efficiently. Dietary team provided my mom with a food tray at meal times so my parents could eat together which was awesome. Dad told me, he was really liking the food when I checked in with him. My mom mentioned Brecken was also very helpful. I really want to thank the entire team day and night who were there for our very big and inquisitive family and took such great care providing a place for Dad and mom to heal and get back home to being independent. Thank you from our entire family.
This review is from the perspective of just having arrived. Two stars is being hopeful that the overall experience outweighs the first impression. The room my mom is in is akin to a very cheap motel with DI rejects. My instincts tell me that the good reviews posted are from the employees (if they want to keep their jobs). It’s quite a shock coming from a wonderful hospital to this place. If I end up with a different opinion I will post a more positive review.
The staff here is absolutely incredible—attentive, kind, and informative in their care. It is clear they care for each of their residents. They know them by name, greet them in the halls, and are aware of their goals. Service is timely, the food is great, and there’s clear communication. The therapy gym is spacious and has lots of natural sunlight. Most importantly they have great therapists who work with the residents. They offer around 4-5 activities a day including cooking activities, bingo, balloon volleyball, movie nights, and music therapy. Can’t recommend this place enough!
My sister continues to rave about the care and concern shown her during her stay. All of the staff were friendly and always showed love and concern. She loved the gym. It had lots of good equipment and it was so fun to get the needed exercise. Thanks to all those who made her stay so nice.
