Never ever! There are so many better options out there!!! My dad has had a severe peanut allergy his entire life. Three different occasions they placed food in front of him that was peanut related. He caught it. I moved him and this has never happened again. Also the marketing manager Lisa, had never heard of the peanut allergy. Every single fall they had him go to the ER. Every time. There were several minor falls. I would have to leave work and go. Lost a job over it. His new place never once has he been to the hospital.

My dad lived here for a little over three months, until his passing in November. I was very reluctant to write a review, but I cannot, in any good conscience, recommend Orchards to anyone. And their Executive Director knows why. Update: 2/4/24. We just received yet another bill from Orchards for $279.70, for painting his apartment (that he lived in for three months.) Yet, at the bottom of the bill it reads $558.70. Update: 3/31/24. We received yet another bill from Orchards for painting his apartment. Wow. Thanks, Orchards.
We had to move my brother from Arizona back “ home” to Minnesota. Having to choose a place without actually seeing it! Chris did a zoom video visit for us. We are so impressed! A one bedroom with a den is very adequate. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. He goes to dining room for lunch and dinner. We’ve joined him a few times for a meal and agree, the food is good and the staff wonderful! Highly recommend Orchards!!
The Orchards is fantastic. The staff is wonderful. They are always asking her how they can help her and make her day better. I totally trust them with my mother. The building is beautiful, very clean and safe. She loves it there!
My client and I were looking at several options for independent senior living communities for him. The Orchards of Minnetonka was impressive right from the beginning. Chris, the outreach and sales director did a fabulous job of showing the available rentals and amenities plus she answered all questions regarding the sign up process, costs, optional add-ons, etc. The Orchards of Minnetonka is also well organized, beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. Hands down a 5 star experience. Thank you!
