All these 5 star ratings are all staff rated and lies. I will never recommend a travel CNA to set foot in this place. I'm a travel CNA, and I picked up a shift here. The other CNAs and Nurses were very rude, and disrespectful. Very short staffed. The Nurse Michelle took a break and was gone for hours. The patients rooms are very dirty. They do not have housekeeping for the rooms. I worked my but off when I was there, because nobody was doing any work. Upper management and the DON do nothing to correct the problems. The permanent staff give attitude towards travelers because we make more money. The staff is also very racist. I was called the N word by a Nurse when I worked there. I told the DOM and not was done about it. He made it seem like it was my fault. I was in tears when I left there. ☹️☹️

We have a great rehab team here at the Orchards consisting of PT, OT, and ST. We strive to be a FORCE for good every day. We want to help you get home and have fun while doing it!
I am a travel CNA I will absolutely never recommend anybody to them. Poor management, extremely short staffed, I have seen their CNAs sit while tons of lights are going off, I had their CNAs create a hostile work environment because they don’t like the fact that agency gets paid more and have seen them leave resident in their own poop and urine It brakes my heart to know there are residents in that facility that are treated with such little respect I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER LET A LOVED ONE BE IN THE CARES I would also like to thank the PRN nurse that lied to my agency Saying that I didn’t know how to work independently on a floor Even though I’ve worked at their facility before, and they’ve given me a five star review I still got paid so thank you !!
I am not sure about this place yet my step dad didn't make it full day before he fell and had to go to emergency to be checked out. Was in the hospital 1 week from a fall at home. He was sent there very weak. Will keep update how it goes.
