My Dad was Orchars view care home for 9 months. Most of which was during Covid. During this time Emily arranged zoom visits for us. During the warm Months we had porch visits. Emily was very sensitive to our religious beliefs. She streamed services for my Dad to watch for Shabbat. His room was decorated for Passover and Chanukah. The resisidents spent their time participating in meaningful activities. Including crafts , exercise & music therapy. My Dad enjoyed spending time with Jason and Tom. He didn’t realize they were his caregivers. It was nice for him that there were men around. On my Dads birthday his walker was decorated. This meant so much to us. Knowing how they cared for him. The entire Pop Family valued family relationships and aided their resisidents to participate in their own families. On my Moms birthday she received flowers From my “Dad” via Emily. Could there be anything kinder ? Until his last day the Pops treated my Dad with care and respect we couldn’t of asked for anything more.

I have been the elderly care organizer for many of my family members over the last six years. I’ve visited and interviewed many kinds of facilities and homes and organized different kinds of care. Nobody can compare to Orchard View Care Home owned and operated by Tom and Maria Pop. My cousin is currently living with the Pops after having to leave her home because of physical disabilities. The level of care at Orchard View is the best I’ve ever seen. It is a very quiet, calm and loving home that is kept immaculately clean. Owners Tom and Maria live in the house. Residents at Orchard View are cared for like family including being checked on every few hours at night and being served delicious home cooked meals with garden fresh foods including home made jams, pickles and more. Emily, their daughter is house manager and is incredible. She has become an extension of my right hand with organizing medical care, keeping me informed of changes in health issues and being my eyes and ears on anything that pops up when I am out of town. Emily is an amazing partner in helping me manage my cousin’s care and having her by my side lifts a world of weight off my shoulders and sets my mind at ease. It’s never easy moving a loved from a home but when the new home is filled with genuine love, compassionate care, a warm, comfortable setting, and years of experience you just can’t ask for more. I cannot recommend Orchard View Care Home highly enough. So very thankful I have found a place to provide loving care for anyone in my family.
Having a background as a medical social worker doing placement care for seniors, when it came time to find alternative living for my mom with dementia, I was extremely picky. When I visited Orchard View Care Home, I knew I was in the right place. Family owned and operated, they do homecooking for their residents and treat them as part of their family. The home is always immaculate; the staff are caring and friendly, and they are very conscious of the various health and treatment needs of each individual. They promote a feeling of togetherness for the residents and make sure that no one is left out or feels alone. As needed, physicians, therapists and other medical professionals are scheduled. Medications are closely monitored and administered. I cannot say enough for this facility. My mom's last year in Orchard View Care Home was the best it could be considering her condition. I highly recommend them.
Orchard View Care home took great care of our mom. Mom had a very nice room and the house is always clean and bright. The food is home made and presented very nicely with lots of fruit and vegetables and always a little sweet for the end of the meal. I highly recommend this home. It is small so each resident gets lots of personal attention and good care.
Family environment with attention to specific needs of the individual. The family of caregivers are responsive to the needs of the entire family. The family is helpful, caring, and attentive. The accommodations were exceptional. Clean home with home cooked meals, activities, and specialized care. We were truly blessed to have knowledgeable people assisting us with the care of our loved one. Orchard View Home Care provided our family a safe place for our loved one.
