My mother was a patient there for almost 2 days. No one had contacted me in regards to my mother's arrival or when she had became unresponsive. I had received a phone call when my mother was revived and was sent to St Joseph's hospital. I don't understand why Orchard Hill couldn't have called me and at least let me know what was going with my mother. Then sometime after her passing I receive a phone about a $20 bill which makes no sense whatsoever. I would recommend for anyone's love to be placed into this facility.

My elderly cousin is a resident here. She was up in the chair and appeared clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating, especially Pamela at the front desk. She was a great help even before I got to the facility! She was nice and professional and when I opened the door to go inside the facility, she greeted me with the biggest smile!!
I came here from the hospital recovering from many chronic issues and some respiratory issues. This place really helped me with my pulmonary treatments and gaining control of my breathing. The therapist were extremely helpful as were the nurses and rest of the staff. The food wasn’t bad either. There were plenty of activities to get involved in so you would never have to be stuck in your room. I had my choice of about 20 different rehabs and I’m glad I picked this one. I’m very happy and I highly recommend them.
My brother had the pleasure of experiencing excellent service at Orchard Hill Healthcare. Everything was handled with professionalism and care. The level of attention and dedication to ensuring he received top notch care was on point from start to finish. The environment was very clean, welcoming and functional. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for an excellence healthcare facility for a loved one.
The staff was very welcoming. The therapist worked well with my wife. Takeshia made sure all her concerns were met at all times.
