We moved our father into Orchard Heights at the beginning of December and have been thrilled with his care. It's clear that the entire team at OH works toward ensuring their residents are safe, well-cared for, and happy, and as you walk through the halls, smiling faces of both residents and staff are evidence of that. My father raves about delicious food, interesting and varied social events and activities, and friendliness of the staff, all of whom remember his name. One of the biggest benefits is Orchard Heights' commitment to "aging in place," which means that even if his needs increase, he can continue to live in his current space. The leadership is deeply involved in day-to-day activities and across the board, they have been generous each time I've reached out, especially the admissions, nursing, and activities departments. It's a very well-managed facility. This has been a great fit for our family.

Our dad has been a resident here for several years, now, and loves it. He looks and feels healthier now than when he first moved in. He absolutely loves the food and all of the activities and outings. He signs up for everything! He toured several facilities before deciding to move in here and has absolutely loved it. We have been so impressed by the facility, its amenities and services, and everyone who works here. They all make our dad feel welcome every day and everyone who works here is absolutely exceptional!
Orchard Heights Assisted Living is a family oriented, caring, respectful, supportive and loving assistant living facility. The faculty aids all the residents in their daily activities. Each department goes above and beyond to stop, listen and help a resident or a family member that is visiting a loved one. It is clearly a home dedicated to our residents. They have daily activities that encourage and stimulate a group environment that helps to interact with other residents while also focusing on personal care. Their memory care unit is where our dedicated staff truly show the love and support our residents need on a daily basis. Walking into the doors of Orchard Heights you will be greeted with warm smiles and a helpful gesture is always at an arm's length.
Orchard Heights has been the savior for me as a daughter of a resident living there with dementia. The staff and management are caring, kind, skilled, and compassionate. The staff know her well and they take great care of her! They keep me posted on things that I need to know about. They manage her medications. They encourage her to participate in a wonderfully wide variety of activities; both on site and field trips as I call them. The rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable. The food is amazing. The care is amazing. I have nothing but excellent things to say about the entire staff the facility. If you or a loved one is in need of such care, I highly recommend that you visit the facility
The staff at Orchard Heights have been excellent. They have cared for my mother for over three years and have helped us during her difficult transition to the memory care unit in a professional, caring manner. Each day I go to see my mom I see how invested they are in her and her care.
