The place is clean, and it appears the nursing staff makes sure the patients are attended to, both with nourishment and hygiene. Visitors are respected and encouraged to see relatives housed at the center. Therapists work continuously with the patients to produce the best possible outcome. It gives me great peace of mind to know my mother is taken care of.

Every single employee I encountered at this facility (which was at least 10) was genuinely kind and caring to the patients and also helpful to me as a visitor. The level of compassion demonstrated here is impressive!! I'm so happy my friend is at this facility!
The Case Manager, Veronica Ayala, was very attentive to our son’s needs. She worked very diligently to get forms signed and move things forward. She was both caring and professional with us and our son.
We encountered a couple of issues during put visit but our concerns were quickly addressed and resolved so thank you for that. I just ask that you attend to the patients as if they were your own family. Thank you for your patience and continued care to our loved ones.
I, a Chaplain of my church, was met with a greeting and smile at the front desk. I signed electronically and they shared the room number for my friend. My friend was still at outside therapy. I spoke to Erika, his nurse who provided me an update of his condition. I said, my business card was left on his pillow and I will return in the morning and bring something for his bulletin board. I will continue to pray for him.
