Optimized is so wonderful! Never seen a place like it! My dad moved in recently. They are so hands on, pro active. They asked for a new and different wheel chair for him, make him more comfortable. I never asked, an example of how well they take care of him. When I can’t be there, I know he’s in wonderful hands. Jessica, his nurse, is so amazing. The caregivers are amazing. So relieved we found Optimized!

We have our mother at Optimized Kettering, and she is so happy here. Honestly, we assumed she would want to go home immediately, but she is perfectly happy here. She loves the people and the food! My goodness she’s never eaten so much. We toured 10 different facilities before we settled on Optimized, and are so very happy we did. The small setting and wonderful people are just what we were looking for.
Dad was transferred to the Kettering facility early evening. The staff introduced themselves, welcomed us, helped Dad to the table in time for supper. All our questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I have visited this facility different days and times and the care and attention to all the residents has been optimum. Devin, Dad's caregiver has been a blessing, always giving us an update without our asking, has shown us how different equipment for Dad works. Devin immediately intoduced himself to Dad as his caregiver. He is always positive, full of energy, helpful and deserving of a raise in pay! The facility coordinator, Jessica, has answered our many questions satisfactory, always engages with the residents and has been most helpful. She also coordinates meetings with family to give clinical and social updates. I would most definitely recommend this facility.
My mom loves it here. She loves the food and the staff is WONDERFUL!! They are very attentive to her needs. When we mentioned that she loved to do puzzles, they ordered her a puzzle table!! Can’t imagine her being anywhere else
Optimized Senior Living is the perfect place for my sister. She and I love the home like environment. The staff are attentive and the smaller home is more like a family.
