My mother has been staying here for therapy. The facility could use some updates and my mom is not a fan of the food, which is why I gave 4 stars. However, I would like to compliment the staff at Optalis. They have been so nice! Samar M. (Admissions) has been so kind and helpful. We really appreciate how well she has treated my mom and always helps to answer questions and concerns. The nursing staff here works so hard! We appreciate all of their hard work and especially appreciate Nurse Cinnamon who always makes my mom smile.

I just had to do a review for Optalis Dearborn Heights today. Yesterday was my Sister's 100th Birthday. The staff at Optalis threw her a celebration that I don't even have enough words to describe, wonderful, exceptional, beautiful and more. All the staff went over and beyond to make her day. Residents also came out to celebrate with her. She was so happy and was the Queen for the day. But what got to me the most was the interaction I saw between staff and the residents. The staff demonstrated the care and concern they have for my sister and the other residents. All of the residents had a great time. Again, the staff went over and above in preperation and making sure everyone was having a great time. I know my sister is in the best place possible for her with loving staff surrounding and caring for her. Thank you for all you do. Ru Shann
The admissions office here with Samar Maalouf has been the best, and most helpful process. My grandma was admitted here, my mother Lina visits here daily. The staff is veryyy welcoming and helpful. They make it feel like home. We never hesitate to ask for help or get our questions answered. Samar personally has been available for any and all concerns. I had my concerns before but this place has gotten so much better, Much cleaner and more organized. We so appreciate it.
My 93 year old mother has been in Optalis of Dearborn Heights for the last 3 weeks. The staff have all been kind, supportive and invested in her care. She broke both her legs, and physical therapy and occasional therapy has been fantastic, they have her up and moving daily. We have been pleased with our chose of this rehabilitation center.
The hospitality that Optalis Health of Dearborn is phenomenal, I can’t speak high enough on the treatment and service they have provided to my father. My dad has been in high spirits and eating very well every time I good see him. He and I are both very appreciative of the care and the respect that they have shown to my dad! Thank you all
