Been spending some time here with my brother nearing the end of life. Everyone here is so professional and extremely kind. From the ladies in charge of the door, especially Kayla! to all the awesome nurses and aids especially on the lower level, where my brother is. I haven't kept track of everyone's name but they will forever be in my thoughts of how special they are. If I need to be in a nursing home, I will insist on being here. I know I'd be in the best of hands. I can't say enough of the awesome care that happens here.

If I can give lower I would. My mother went in to the facility and came out worse. Luckily we are a big family and my mom was getting slighly better attention then others there but there was problems with her medications, leaving her in a diaper vs. using a bed pan. Not chaning the diaper for hours. Huge bed sores because of the above. The dr. there I think is over extended and doesn't see the patients and hence makes wrong recommendations and the PA makes a lot of wrong assumptions.
I rate my mom's stay a 3.5 because of some great care she did receive from Kendra, Sheri and Corey... The food could have been better but it wasn't all bad... Leslie helped the best to her ability and the social workers got my mom home with continued care.. I hope in the future some things are better and you have more staff to care for the growing facility...
They left my friend on the toilet for a long time today I came in had to ask for help than they didn't even wipe her from 11am to 2 she waited on her bed not wiped after using the bathroom her light was on Noone came. The person who cleaned her tolet said she wasn't the aid ... Her aid will do That.... I do understand all places like that are understaffed .....That the sad part employees are on over load who to blame. So never leave your love one there for too long with out checking in on them.....
Absolutely a joke of care for my mother they don't care about their patients you can hit the button for help and it may take an hour or 2 before anyone shows up if you love your loved one I would highly recommend some place else . And PS my sister left a review and they said they would contact her this was 2 weeks ago and nothing .
