My grandpa moved here a few months ago. His health has been declining and at the young age of 88, this is the best decision we could have made. He feels so comfortable and has easy access to the care he needs. The staff, especially property manager Courtney has been incredibly friendly and helpful. We are so grateful for his new home.

Moving here was a great decision! Building manager Cortney and maintenance staff Vince and Char keep the property well managed and maintained. And they are always so friendly! Lots of activities offer chances to meet people and have a great time. Another plus is rent covers all your utilities. I would recommend checking it out!
I was very apprehensive of sending my mom for a while, kept on going back and forth with siblings and now I'm at peace. Everytime I speak to my mother or go to see her, she speaks so highly of the staff and every time I personally go I am met with professionalism, kindness, and staff going above and beyond. There is one staff member, Courtney, that always makes sure to have a conversation with me, and is very personable to residents as well as visitor, plus my mom loves her which is awesome! Thanks Olmsted Apts for making mine as well as family members/friends hearts as ease!
I understand that my mom can be a little "much" at times, which is why I'm so happy to have the staff at Olmsted Falls Senior Apartments. Cortney and other staff members always go above and beyond to make sure all needs are met, no matter how small. All questions are answered in a timely manner and if my mom needs anything it is fixed quickly. Their patience is a god send and love radiates throughout the day.
It has been great living here. I moved in 2021. Our manager, Cortney, Vince and Char are the best. Everything is well maintained. There's plenty of activities for all to enjoy. Come and check us out.
