My father in law was placed here for rehab in March and will be moving to long term care here very soon. He is very happy at Oasis. The staff is attentive and caring, and communication with the team is good. His daughter is finally relieved to know that her Dad is being taking care of 24-7. Thank you.

UPDATE: LIARS! Never did get back to me. Didn't reach out. This is literally a waste dump! Don't trust them! Loved ones get hurt here, need surgery, and they are neglectful! Horrible facility. Wouldn’t leave a dead rodent here. Human garbage dump is what Oasis is. Not much better than their predecessor Delmar Gardens. It’s like putting lipstick on a pig. My mother had a fall on 9/15/2024 a day before she was due to be released. No one called me. No one notified me. Even when I went there, after borrowing a friend’s car, no one wanted to speak to me. Staff AVOIDED me. I was her primary caregiver, her next of kin, and LIVED with her! Treated like I was a virus! My mom had to have surgery – she lived in paid until her death some two months later. She got NO relief from that pain! They didn’t offer to take her back to help with rehab. Didn’t get her statement, wouldn’t even give her a copy of the incident report without trying to GOUGE her for more money. Tried to make her jump through hoops to get the report. $20 for an email copy of the incident which they considered medical records. Didn’t even follow up with her to make sure she was okay or inquire about her recovery. Horrible staff and practices. I’d love to SUE them. I believe that fall contributed to her early death. -5 stars
My name is Marilyn Williams, and my boyfriend name is Herman Conley. We live in Las Vegas. I came down for my birthday, but my main agenda was to come and see what kind of facility this was. (Amy Brown) who is my sister in law. I was expecting the facility to be like a lot of the ones in Los Angeles, but when we arrived outside, the facility looked really nice, as we got inside the place didn’t smell at all, Amy was clean, she looked good, in great spirits.She was so excited to see me. I enjoyed my visit with her. Staff was friendly ,far as rating Oasis, I would rate your facility a 5. Marilyn Williams
I came from out of town to visit my mom who has been at this location for about 3 years. Staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Nursing staff were on top of mom’s insulin needs. I observed activities taking place like bingo and painting as I came and went over a few days. Residents I interacted with appeared happy and relaxed. My mom’s room and clothing were clean. I appreciate the care she is receiving at Oasis.
My brother-in-law is there and we love the home but things aren’t done. He said he got a haircut. His hair looks terrible. It’s not short enough in the back like he wanted we saw him today. He waited so long because they didn’t have anybody there to cut his hair his beard is all lopsided. We really like oasis for him. But as far as the haircut thing goes that needs to be improved. His wheelchair the brake on the left side looking at it is broken. It needs to be repaired. He said somebody was gonna come back in. They haven’t Come back to fix it. Anyway we glad that he’s there. We feel he’s safe We’re just not able to take care of him at home anymore. My husband and I were both up there today to see Wayne. He looks good. The staff is wonderful. They take such good care. Wayne’s brother Dwayne has multiple sclerosis and isn’t always able to make the trip up.. So it gives us great peace of mind to know that he’s being taken care of the staff is wonderful. Talked to the nurses and we like them. Knowing that he can be grumpy at times I do appreciate everyone of them. Merry Christmas and happy new year Joy and Dwayne Johnson.
