You have put in place amazing teams. 👏 I have to recognize the wonderful ladies in the SW Dept, the UM's are so patient focused, you're marketing director is amazing, HR, BOM and DON are also awesome to work with! I can't forget your floor staff and therapy dept. This facility has been updated and looks great. This is one of the best facilities around. Thank you for the wonderful care you provide!

Great therapy department! The administration team works extra hard in keeping everyone happy. There is a total open door policy which is fantastic. I enjoy being a resident at Oakwood.
Everyone that has been a part of my rehab experience has been fantastic. They all work with me and have given me great vibes throughout my stay. I would recommend Oakwood to anybody who needs to come and receive services.
I never write reviews, good or bad, but I felt this needed to be said. But this place owes my mother a huge apology for the actual hell they have put her through over this past week. They have kept my grandmother at their location and have made it as difficult as possible to get her moved back to her home (for the insurance money I am sure). Fast word to today and my grandmother was supposed to be transported and be home by 11:00am and it is now 6:45pm and she just got there. Why you ask? Because the transport company went to the nursing home to pick her up even though that was where they were supposed to be dropping her off so they then had to go an hour back to Oakwood who then called my mom and told her they had left with my grandmother around 2…. 4:00 rolls around and “oh they picked up a different patient and took them somewhere” okay…. Why did you tell us our family member had left the facility 2 HOURS ago? We thought she would be coming in any minute. She did not leave Oakwood until after 5:00 PM and my poor mother had been waiting since 11am for her to arrive. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE and UNACCEPTABLE
