They encouraged regular family involvement, and they provided ample opportunities for family participation in activities at the facility. Oakmont Senior Living is a great place to work! I am inspired every day by the company's commitment to serving our residents and supporting our team members.
BEWARE !! Their facilities may look new or clean on the outside but management is way below expectation. They run their Assisted Living facilities on a shoestring budget, not enough properly trained staff. They don't care about anything except the $$$$
It's all about money since Oakmont took over my location. Getting fed up with poor or no response to related monetary and service issues.
