I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Michael Morales on the 2nd floor for his exceptional accommodation in securing a provisional bed on a Friday night until my father's room was available the next day. This was particularly appreciated given the limited local rehab options following his hospital discharge after a stroke. The nurses, social worker, and entire staff maintained seamless communication with my family and me throughout our stay. Thank you to the Oakland team for their outstanding service.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and always clean. The staff is helpful, attentive and friendly. This facility really stands out and is not depressing like many others. You can often hear music playing while instructor does an exercise class in the community room. Would highly recommend where you can feel good with a light heart upon leaving your loved ones in good hands.
This is my second stay here at Oakland rehab and I’m glad I get to come back to the first staff members that I originally had on my first day on unit 1C. I’m so happy to see Ray, Mya and Vita and meeting Demetria. What disappoints me most is that how hard they work and some of the other staff just stands there and look at you while they’re running around I wish I could help them sometimes. Mya and Vita go above and beyond to help everyone in need. They are my second family here making my stay comfortable especially when the three of them cracks jokes it’s a comedy show.
I have the privilege of visiting Oakland Rehab weekly as a vendor, and every time I step through the doors, I’m reminded why this facility stands out. The cleanliness is consistently impeccable, creating a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. A huge shoutout to the front desk and administration team—especially Lenette and Jasmine—for always greeting me with kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. Their dedication sets the tone for the entire facility. I also have to praise the incredible recreation department, led by Nicole. The programs they run are nothing short of amazing, and it’s clear how much care and thought go into creating meaningful activities for the residents. Michael and the entire recreation staff deserve recognition for their energy, creativity, and unwavering commitment to enriching the lives of those they serve. Oakland Rehab truly sets the bar high for care and community. It’s a pleasure to see such excellence in action week after week!
My stay was very pleasant. The staff on unit C was fantastic everyone took really good care of me. A big thank you to Ray, Mya, Vita, Constance and Donnie what a great team. When this A team work together anything is possible.
