My mom was sent to oak view to do rehab and they did a wonderful job. She went home and was able to be home for about 6 weeks until her health declined again. When we were looking for skilled nursing care, mom wanted to go back here. She called it home. We were able to make that happen. When it came time for mom to take her final journey, the care team there put together a treatment plan for comfort care that changed and shifted to meet my mom's needs, sometimes even hour by hour. My mom passed there at oak view with a smile on her face and the staff helped facilitate everything which made space for my family to see her and be with her. If you have a choice, this should be your choice. The staff there was wonderful I wish I could give more stars. Thank you all for everything.

Phenomenal staff that cares and looks for ways to elevate the level of care for the patients. Administration that takes the time to walk around and connect. Facility is a little old but it adds to the mom and pop feel of it.
While Oak View has undergone some cosmetic changes since it was the eerie Conway Manor, it still needs a good deal of work. I was disturbed to walk into my mother's room (she was there four months before she passed) and found workers pulling off baseboards, sanding walls and painting with her laying there on a breathing aparatus. She was moved within ten minutes of my complaint, but what if I hadn't visited at that time? As far as doctors go: I was there six, sometimes seven days a week and never once did I see a doctor, yet we were charged twice a week for a doctor. The highest chief you evidently can find there is Nurse Practitioner Jodi, who was informative, knowledgeable and sympathetic. There are a handful of capable, caring attendants here and there are others obviousiy just there for a paycheck. Speech Therapist Rachel was exceptional, as were Occupational Therapists Glen and Jackie, who gave every effort with an uncooperative patient. Floor Nurse Janet was wonderful. And I can't say enough about Nurses Aides Jennifer and Allison. They treated my mom with such compassion and care. I did take issue with Alyssa, who had an office position. She was cold, unsympathetic and, as I came to discover, gave me misinformation. She doesn't belong in health care. Heads up: don't rush to pay your monthly bill. It's going on three months since my mother passed and still have not received the $2750 balance due me for the remaining days of the month. Yet their hands were out at the beginning of the month wanting the fee. Twice now I have spoken with Dianna and am getting nothing but excuses. Considering handing this over to a lawyer and demanding interest and refund on legal fees It's hard finding a suitable place for your loved one. If you choose Oak View be present and keep a wary eye on things.
My grandfather has recently been cared for by this establishment and it was all around an amazing experience. The staff was very professional and courteous and made sure to treat my grandfather with care. Their communication was great, and they were all very clearly qualified. The staff informed me the building itself was going through renovations to be more up to date and you could clearly see that inside and out. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Slightly dated facilities but the majority of the staff is amazing and very caring. My mother loved many of her care providers and had a very comfortable single room while there. Supermarket is next door which allowed me to bring her special meals and treats and is close to downtown Conway which allowed me to get a nice meal for myself when I took a break. Larissa is in charge and along with Nancy, Shasta and many more, I felt vert comfortable with her care there.
