The owners and staff care about every resident and it eases family members minds knowing that Oak Terrace prioritizes having excellent staffing levels to meet the needs of every resident. It is evident in their atmosphere that they truly focus on serving and providing individualized care for every resident. We love that they provide independence and activities (if wanted) for independent living residents, as well as high levels of support for serving the needs of those on hospice.

My mother started her stay in Autumn Lane the end of October. We have found the staff to be very caring both to my mother and myself. I am greeted with smiling faces and answers to any questions I might have are answered in a respectful and caring way. We consider ourselves lucky to be a part of the Oak Terrace family and appreciate everyone’s help with my mothers transition there.
Excellent place to call home. As a resident I have been very well-cared for. My experiences at Oak Terrace are better than I anticipated based on a prior placement. There is attentive staff, fun activities, great food and companionship. Staff is so accommodating to each individual resident's needs. Oak Terrace truly is the best.
Oak Terrace is a wonderful option for the next chapter in your loved ones life; caring staff and a well maintained beautiful facility.
Really enjoyed coming to this place to visit my mother's friend and seemed like a great place and good care given. What really put us off one day was when we overheard a couple staff or workers (2 men) joking with someone that this is the place to go if you want your bank account drained quickly! I know it is expensive to live here and services are good, but what an appalling thing to joke about in the hallway let alone around tenants! Later was informed that at least one of these men was the owners sons and that really made us angry and bothered us!
