It was with heavy hearts when my wife and I left our Florida home, after 25 years of being Floridians, to return to Madison, WI. Our health issues were stealing more of our independence each day. We needed to find a new home that afforded us as much independence as we could handle, that was close to our family, and offered a milieu to make life enjoyable. After much on-line research and assistance from our family, we zeroed in on the Arbors at Oak Park Place . We arrived at our new home on April 1st and were immediately impressed. The staff gave us a very warm reception and smoothed the path to settling us into our new home. Our apartment more than met our expectation. The food service has been outstanding. Our fellow residents raised our spirits with assurances to assist us getting settled and engaged in the many opportunities the Arbors offers. The energy and enthusiasm of the staff and residents has made our transition to our new home easy. Our big challenge now is remembering the names of all our new friends, staff and fellow residents. The Arbors at Oak Park Place gets a rating of A+.

My mother recently moved into the Arbors Independent Living at Oak Park Place on Madison's east side. The staff has been wonderful and they made the transition to senior living very easy. She loves her apartment and is getting to know the friendly community there. She is enjoying the amenities, different activities, and the meals provided. We are thankful to have found a great community for her.
My Mother recently moved into assisted living facility at Oak Park East and we are so happy! Staff, other residents and other families are amazing. The move in processes was seemless. Shout out to Kennedy for helping us and giving us all of the information to make a informative decision!
Terrible treatment of both residents and staff. They don't care about anything except making money. Can't keep the good people they have on staff because they don't respect them, and they don't have to maintain standards within the administration because many are realted to the owner. Wish I could give it zero stars. Do NOT leave your loved ones in their incapable and insincere hands. And do not be swayed by the five star reviews, staff were highly pressured to solicit those reviews or write them themselves to improve the Google rating of the company.
I volunteered here to help discuss the dental needs for geriatric care, Claire set this up and had residents come and listen and ask questions! She set up the room and brought healthy snacks for the residents to have while I presented. Everyone was super friendly and it turned out great!!
