So far I have seen the staff (almost all new and or new positions) learning to work together and empower eachother in positive ways! We may not all know eachother well but we can be vulnerable and come together as a team with one common goal! Our goal is to make sure all residents are seen, heard and cared for! I am blessed to work at Oak Lane and I know I personally grow everyday in a way I didn't really know I was lacking before I started here!

My father was very reluctant to enter a retirement facility. However after being their for the past month he really likes it. I can honestly say that I have noticed a huge difference in him both mentally and physically. He is way more attentive and active than I have seen him in years. He likes all the employees and interacts with all of them. I can rest easy knowing that he is well taken care of. Thank you all at oak lane for making him feel at home and not just a place to live.
I’m a former employee. The management there is terrible! They allow coworkers who don’t do their job and allow coworkers who harass others to stay employed. Most employees don’t even give the residents the time or care they deserve. All in all this is the WORST facility I ever gave my time to.
Wonderful compassionate caregivers and staff. Very welcoming and family like. Needs some updates but they have new management and ownership as of May 1st. and lots of good things coming.
WARNING! DO NOT PLACE YOUR BELOVED FAMILY MEMBERS IN THIS FACILITY!!!! The facility is unclean, unkept, revolting food, and the patients smell horribly! There is inappropriate talk at the facility with patients are present. This is not a place where you can feel comfortable leaving your loved ones.
