The Mansion is an amazing place for a loved one. My Aunt was there for some time and she was upset when she had to leave her apartment and go into a nursing home. The staff made her feel welcomed and loved. We just lost her but they treated her with kindness, compassion and respect. In her last hours these beautiful people would come in and check on her, give her a kiss and tell her that they loved her. I appreciate everything they did for her. Ty Mansion staff you are the best. You are so loved.

My mother needed a period of short term physical and occupational rehabilitation, and we were lucky to be able to place her here at the Mansion! From the staff members being friendly and attentive to the residents (both short and long term from what I observed on my countless visits) to the cleanliness and organization of the facility, I would be more than comfortable placing my loved ones here again if ever needed in the future. The therapists listen and work well with the residents, and actually care about rehabilitation. Anything my mom needed help with or supply-wise was taken care of with a smile. My mother, like many, was extremely hesitant and not very excited to be in a facility even for a short period of time, but by the time she was discharged she said she would MISS IT! Excellent communication with me as her advocate throughout the whole process, including a wonderful care plan meeting after about a week of admittance and lots of connections with resources to help us now that she is back home. Very pleased with how well this experience went!
My father was sent here after breaking his leg. The staff, as a whole, was wonderful. I was only in a few times but the few times I was there Jordan Hanson was his nurse and she was definitely his favorite. He talked about her even after getting sent home! My only complaint is the elevator. I didn't have to use it at all but i did get to witness a "tray line" and have heard a few stories about people being stuck in there. That's definitely not the place you wanna have an elevator that has a 50% chance of working

Mansion is like home away from home. Many of us have been here for 20 years or more. It's like a second family. Our residents are like our grandparents, aunts and uncles. I love my job and listening to our clients life stories. I love to see the smiles on our resident's faces when we we're doing an activity or just simply talking. Mansion is a great place to work and make lifetime connections. It is a privilege to be part of such a great team of people.
