I was at Northridge November and December 2024. The nurses and aids are very kind and helpful. Honestly everyone was very kind. If you need therapy Northridge is the place to go. I was recovering from knee surgery and all the therapy I received was extremely helpful to my recovery. Knee #2 coming soon and hopefully I will be returning to Northridge. Thank you to the entire staff.

I can only go by trying this facility . From the Director of Marketing and Admissions, Megan Gassman, to the nurses all seemed very helpful and willing to assist. Mom said the food was plentiful and everyone was pleasant . At times like on Saturday and Sunday seemed short staffed but mom had no complaints . There is lots of parking .
If I could give a 10 star I would. My mother, who has dementia went into the skilled care for a week. Our experience with the Administrative Team was excellent! Heather, Megan G, Claire, went above & beyond to assist us. The nursing staff, Megan T and Kim, the Speech therapist were also great. My mother was in another facility for 4 months and our experience was horrible. So, we were happy with level of care we saw from everyone at Northridge. The aides were also pleasant. This facility doesn't use agency aides which is a rarity in this day & age. Northridge was clean and well equipped. The residents that were there seemed very well taken care of happy. I know most reviews are the bad ones so I wanted to give someone going through what I am some hope that there are good people out there. None of these places are perfect but what is??? If there is an Admin Team willing to listen and Care then I believe that trickles down to the staff. This is what I saw. Keep up the great work Northridge you are doing great work for families.
My Mom and my Step Dad was at this God Foresaken Place. Both had Personal Belongings Stolen and the Personell was Awful. I hope 🙏 that No one has to be in this place 😕
The staff at Northridge are amazing!! They treat their residents like family, they always have a smile and a warm greeting. My mother was admitted to Northridge for rehab after a fall and now she is walking better than she did before the fall and as a result of all the activities their social committee provides, my mother is more outgoing and involved - wonderful attitude adjustment! Thank you to all the Northridge staff for taking care of my mother and bringing back the fun she needed and missed!!
