Great place to home your loved ones if you are looking for an unorganized facility. The recent times I’ve visited, the care staff are wearing construction vests who are unwilling to help my mother & frankly the other families who’ve been here for many many years, as the children of our parents we’ve collectively agreed that this place puts there resources into other sectors and it’s frustrating considering the amount per month.

This is by far the worst place you can place your loved ones. First they are poorly understaffed and the overturn is ridiculous. Residents are severely neglected and often expected to wait while soiled for staff, who often can be found just standing around. They are known for running out of medications, and I have had to remind them on several occasions about the importance of moms medications. Hygienically and ethically, I don't understand how this place has not gone under investigation,it is that bad. I've never felt more relived then when I got my mom out of this place.
My mom was a resident at Northglenn Heights Assisted Living for over two years. My mom was not easy. The staff really cared and I always felt my mom was in a safe place. They also have much more affordable rates than any other assisted living that I looked at. My mom needed to transition memory care so that is why we moved her. I highly recommend this assisted living.
I really like the employees in memory care there always short handed but they do there best. They really need help. My husband air conditioner does not work in his room, they said that they had sent someone to fix it but still don't work. So five stars to employees that show up for work. So 1 employee to 15 residents to sit down and feed them as there r some running around
I absolutely love this community. My Mother is in memory care and the staff is just amazing. The new memory care floor is beautiful, and I cannot wait until my mother can transfer to her new apartment. The activities keep her engaged. The food is amazing and the personal attention she receives makes our family know we made the right decision.
