I gave 5 stars for the staff they did everything they could to make my mother comfortable she was a hand full . Social worker Amanda and Business manager Jennifer help me navigate through everything while she stayed there. We had to transfer her to get her closer to home unfortunately she passed away. But I appreciate everyone there yes every where is short staffed but she always had food, clean room, and she was clean.

Review for first half of October, 2024. Conditions may heve changed. Care staff dedicated, some astoundingly so, but staffing level is totally inadequate for patient need. Social Director fantastic. Dialysis contractor excellent. Facilities clean and odor-free. Food poor. At least half empty. Manager was rude and authoritarian, unwilling to even speak to insurer about status of benefit claim AS HAD BEEN EXPRESSLY REQUESTED BY INSURANCE COMPANY. STOPPED THERAPY. Patient had to be discharged to ER - kidney tube clog not noted.
My grandmother has been there for the past 3 days and so far it's been awful. 30 minutes before the light is answered and cold food being served for all 3 meals and when asked can you warm it up nobody does. Also no nursing staff has given her a sponge bath or teeth brushed or face washed. We leave our family members in the care of the facilities and they are getting poor care or no care and something needs to be done about this whole situation it's not fair to the patient as well as the family. I would not recommend this place period first impressions mean a lot and for the past 3 days I have seen poor care.
My wife passed away at home inhospice care 4 months.ago. Maybe 1 yr. ago she was in this nursing home. I've read all the negative comments and am surprised. Are the perfect? No. But in general they took good care of my precious wife Jeannie. The rehab people were awsome. And we both as I was there every day for hours were treated with respect. They could use a few more people on staff. At times it was alittle hard to get someone when you needed them. Over all they did an excellent job.
This facility is horrible. My mother hasn’t even been here for 24-hours and the staff has already proven to be incompetent and unskilled. The staff is inattentive and lack proper communication skills with their patients. Not to mention, rude, in compassionate, and no sense of urgency. The food and preparation is disgusting and shameful. Some dishes lack nutritional value for the patients and they don’t accommodate special diets. If my siblings and I weren’t able to cook meals and bring them to my mother she simply wouldn’t eat and they could care less. They don’t wash her up when they’re supposed to, make sure she’s eaten on time (if anything at all), or check up on her like they are supposed to. She waited 3 hours to be moved from her wheelchair to bed to lay down, when they guy said he would be back soon. It’s disgusting. The staff here has no regard or genuine care for their patients. Do not send your family here if you love them. Inserted are photos of their broken toilets.
