In fact they are lack of skills training, knowledge of consumer controlling, peer support, advocacy and PCA services. I had meeting with one of their PCA skills trainer that I don’t want to disclose her name she came to my home for PCA evaluation services, her behavior was very unprofessional and prejudice it looks like she was disabled and need more help than me she acted emotionally not professionally I asked her to provide me with documents I signed for her she yelled me on phone and said if I want I will give you the copy if not I won’t and enrolled me in program that I am a useless person even I am not able to manage my reading and financial matters without awareness when I said I not agree please avoid those signatures you don’t believe her behavior. ..please be aware that not hand over your family members with closed eyes to them otherwise they not make them independent but they will make them more dependent 😕
This place is honestly a joke. No one cares enough to answer phone calls and if you’ve missed a call, well you’ll have to leave a voice message AGAIN. Danielle the PCA skills scheduler hung up on me as I was trying to reschedule an appointment for a day that they were CLOSED. Mind you, no one called us to let us know that her appointment would be cancelled. We called multiple times right after the disconnect and guess what, voicemail it is again.
They are a joke! I have had them for about 4 years now and the same pca. And they were fine until this year! Never heard from them and then they started reaching out and boom my pca’s pay stopped 3 times since the beginning of the year? No notice, nothing! Tempus calls to tell me after she puts in her time sheet! No one answers and when they do their ignorant and you can tell they don’t want to be there! I didn’t even know I had a “case manager “ ! Would be nice at 4 years you think? Waste of time and energy is all these people are! Absolutely awful
Not so helpful, I have been calling for three weeks in a row for a PCA referral and no one has the audacity to return a phone call to inform if they can assist or not or even to refer to a different agency. Definitely not wasting my time anymore and moving on to the next agency.
