The new management here have worked their magic! Fantastic team that really cares. The staff and management have been very courteous and helpful. My father is in this facility and they have worked so hard to accommodate his special needs. They really care about all the residents. All the staff work hard to take great care of the residents and show kindness, compassion, and respect. The intake and move in process was a dream. They work with you along the way and help make a daunting task bearable. Thank you Northbrook!
I just want to say what a wonderful place Northbrook is they are taking awesome care of my brother who has dementia. They truly care about the patients there and go out of their way to help him in every way. I know that he is safe there. A big hug to the staff B Bethany and Tammy are angels 😇 🙏🙏
Can’t say enough how happy I am with my choice to put my loved one at Northbrook!
I wish I could give them zero stars. Worst place ever. They treat their staff absolutely horrendous. Staff members who are highly regarded by residents and have been there for 20+ years are being terminated OVER THE PHONE and then have to fight for their benefits and unemployment. This place doesnt even follow the legal protocol for termination by providing COBRA notices.
