I brought my uncle here from another facility a few days ago and so far everything has great on Northbrook's end. They are quick to address problems that started at a previous facility. My uncle is much happier and doing a lot better in Northbrook. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is nice and clean.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the services, and must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable.The team was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. The service I received was efficient and of high quality, making me feel valued as a customer. The ambiance was pleasant and contributed to a wonderful overall experience. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and dedication of Shelby. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my experience.
This facility is immaculate. And the staff is very friendly. My friend says that the care is excellent and the food is fabulous. If you need a rehab facility. This should be your choice
I don’t know what is going on but I’ve been trying to reach a resident there and no calls except the front desk are getting through. I was told they have a new phone system but this isn’t cool. Family members would like to check in on their relatives.
I spent the afternoon with my mom yesterday and I would be remiss if I did not leave a great review for Ava! Ava was very attentive to my mom’s needs, very gentle and kind. Her bedside manner is excellent and she is a top notch quality caregiver. And many thanks to Ashley, administrator at the facility for her help!
